Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Simplified Hub Academy. By enrolling your child in our tuition or afterschool services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.


1. Enrolment & Registration

  • A completed registration form and initial payment must be received before lessons commence.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate details regarding their child, including any Special Educational Needs (SEND) or medical conditions.

2. Lessons & Attendance

  • Lessons may be delivered face-to-face, online, or as home service, depending on your chosen package.
  • Students are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time.
  • Parents must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if a child cannot attend a session.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Fees must be paid in advance (weekly, monthly, or termly depending on package).
  • Late payments may result in suspension of lessons until fees are cleared.
  • Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  • All fees are non-transferable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson fee will not be refunded.
  • If Simplified Hub cancels a session, we will arrange a replacement class or credit your account.
  • Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances and at management’s discretion.

5. Behaviour & Safeguarding

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, peers, and learning materials.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in temporary or permanent removal from the program.
  • We are committed to safeguarding. All staff and tutors working with children are vetted and follow strict safeguarding procedures.

6. Homework & Support

  • Homework support is provided, but parents remain responsible for ensuring students complete assigned work.
  • Tutors will provide feedback and guidance to parents on progress.

7. School Pick-Up & Drop-Off (Where Applicable)

  • Parents must provide accurate collection/drop-off details.
  • Simplified Hub is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or events outside our control.
  • Parents/guardians must ensure children are ready for collection at the agreed time.

8. SEND Support

  • We support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Parents are encouraged to share relevant documentation or Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to help us provide tailored support.

9. Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure safety, Simplified Hub Academy is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Parents remain responsible for their child’s general wellbeing outside agreed lesson/afterschool hours.

10. Data Protection

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Simplified Hub Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Parents/guardians will be notified of any significant changes.
